About Us
Linco-Skills Institute CC was established in 2008 after noticing the great need in the driving and transport sector to educate people who use our public roads on a daily basis to be compliant with the National Road Traffic Act of 1996. Linco-Skils Institute CC is a training organisation which its operation mainly focuses on Driver Training and Skills Development. Linco-Skills Institute has shaped its services to formalise and professionalise the transport industry in the driver’s point of view. Our services are targeted to both public individuals and private groups.
Our Services
We have public individuals clients:
• these clients are trained to obtain learners and drivers licences.
• On successful completion of the program, they are added to our database to assist in pursuing their career as a driver.
• We help our qualified clients to find jobs as drivers.
We also have private groups clients:
• these clients are mostly private companies
• their employees are brought through our extensive training program
• noticeable reduction of incidents involving their company vehicles
Our social responsibility
• To equip drivers and offer information regarding safety on our roads
• To address the shortage of skills in the transport industry
• To develop a career path and help unemployed drivers to be more marketable
• To increase a supply of drivers in the job market
